How to request a refund or a free product replacement:

If any of the products you received were damaged, or if you did not receive them at all due to mistakes made on our side or by the delivery company, please contact our customer support team so that they can investigate the core cause of the problem (as well as avoid similar issues from occurring in the future).
Within two business days, we will respond with the results of our investigation, and within three business days, we will dispatch your items for replacement.
Please provide the following information so that we can refund or replace any defective goods:
